RealFlex: Integration zuverlässiger drahtloser Kommunikationssysteme in Sensor-/Aktornetze in Automatisierungsanwendungen

The goal of this project is a transition towards flexible automation systems by means of seamless integration of wireless communications systems. To achieve this, the following scientific and technical challenges have to be successfully met:
- Development of a flexible architecture for automation systems
- Development of wireless communication subsystems for automation systems
- Test and verification of system properties
The RealFlex Movie provides a good summary of the objectives and the results of RealFlex.
