The Chief Physician of the Clinic for Neurology and Neurogeriatrics at Klinikum Lippe presented the highlights and experiences of recent months. In addition to the high motivation of those involved to network, these also showed the hope that PNOWL+ is the starting point for improving the quality of care structures for Parkinson's patients. Furthermore, it became clear that one obstacle to the current cooperation is time management or the lack of time of the care providers. Overall, it was clear that networking beyond one's own profession is not only necessary, but also clearly desired by the participants.
Professor Redecker then moved on to a training session. The exciting hands-on training session on activating therapy with LSVT was led by Thomas Brauer from Mainz. At the end of the meeting, experts from the fields of medicine, health and care came together to discuss important topics such as communication, cooperation and exchange in workshops. The various aspects of the developed strategy were discussed in depth in three working groups and a roadmap for the coming months was drawn up. A particular focus for the Institute for Industrial Information Technology (inIT) will be on the area of digital smartphone apps.
The meeting was accompanied by Marie Jacobi from Visual Recording, who recorded the meeting in a live drawing. This creative visual representation captured the review, the training aspects and the content of the three workshops, thus presenting the central themes and results of the meeting in a vivid and impressive way.
A sweet highlight at the end: the delicious gingerbread hearts from Pahna! A lovely gesture that rounded off the meeting perfectly.
