Industrial Communication has its roots in Germany and is for more than 20 years the backbone of decentral automation systems. Also Intelligent Networking will play an important role in the context of Industry 4.0. The usage of information technologies that often were designed for another context than for the usage in the industrial environment, is also challenging. The significance of reliable and safe communication systems increases.
The focus of this year’s annual conference is set on communication systems, system analysis and drafts of communication systems, aspects of networked embedded real-time systems and their scopes in automation. Already for the 7th time inIT and ifak jointly organize the colloquium KommA that on an alternating basis takes place in Lemgo and Magdeburg. The technical committee “real-time systems” of the “Gesellschaft für Informatik” e.V. (GI) and the “Informationstechnischen Gesellschaft” of VDE (ITG) support the colloquium scientifically and ideally.
Contributions can be submitted online by Friday, 08.04.2016 via www.jk-komma.de. Contributions of 1-2 pages in the field of Industrial Communication as well as technological/methodically are welcome.
