At the ceremony, IHK President Volker Steinbach emphasised the central importance of well-trained specialists for the future of our economy and praised the high quality of the training results. Against this background, inIT is particularly pleased to have taken on Colin Voigt as a permanent team member following his successful graduation. He has also started studying at the TH OWL. He is now enrolled there in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and is studying for a Bachelor's degree in Data Science alongside his work at inIT.

At inIT, he currently works mainly in software development and server virtualisation and is also responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and providing support for end users. In addition, he will put the knowledge he acquired during his studies directly into practice in the future and also work on the topic of data science at inIT.

Andreas Schmelter, former inIT employee, accompanied Colin Voigt to the award ceremony. He was enthusiastic about his development: "It's great that I was able to be there to honour our former trainee Colin Voigt. I am proud that the personal and professional development that we at inIT were able to promote and observe during his training has led to such an outstanding result."

We congratulate Colin Voigt on this outstanding achievement and look forward to continuing to have him on the inIT team.
