PF-diaTex: Pre-Phase Distributed Diagnostics and Selfs-Adaption in complexe Textile Machines
The aim is to apply for an EU research project focusing on the controls and drives of modern textile and weaving machines, which supply immense amounts of data due to numerous small drives for material guidance, weaving systems, etc. This complexity is to be made more manageable by processing sub-processes locally and independently of a higher-level control authority by autonomous and intelligent subsystems. This complexity is to be made more manageable by handling sub-processes locally and independently of a higher-level control authority by autonomous and intelligent subsystems. The respective drive must therefore be enabled to sense its environment. The project aims to increase the availability of complex plants as well as material and energy efficiency.
